No. California state law requires only one estimate if your insurance company or a third party is paying to have your damaged vehicle repaired. If the company disputes your estimate, it is their responsibility to secure a second or any additional quotes. As with any other major service, we recommend that you ask questions and check with friends and family for referrals before deciding — don't let price be the sole deciding factor.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by the manufacturer of your vehicle. LKQ (Like Kind and Quality) parts come from salvaged vehicles and are cleaned for use in auto repair. Aftermarket parts aren't made by your vehicle's manufacturer and cost less than OEM parts, but may not be a perfect match for your vehicle. They are also sometimes called QRP (Quality Replacement Parts).

We do our best to accommodate your needs. Give us a call to schedule your vehicle for repairs, or use our after-hours drop-off if you can't make it during business hours.

Check your auto insurance policy or speak to your agent, but most deductibles are paid to the repair center at the time of service.

When we assess the damage, we will give you an estimated completion date based on your car's damage and repair needs. We may need to adjust that date if we find additional damage while making repairs or if we are waiting for details from your insurance company. Our staff is committed to keeping you updated throughout the repair process.
